Optimization Research On D City Electronic Tax Bureau Construction

With the continuous development of information industry technology,the State Administration of Taxation has created an integrated tax service platform within the scope of national tax services.Therefore,the e-tax bureau came into being.However,at present,the general way for the construction of e-tax bureaus is that the central government gives certain infrastructure guidance,and local governments carry out the construction according to the norms,resulting in different construction conditions in each region and different taxpayer satisfaction feedback.The gap between the needs of taxpayers and the actual construction of e-tax bureaus has seriously inhibited the construction of China’s information-based service-oriented tax bureaus.Therefore,China’s local tax bureaus urgently need to find out the problems existing in the current construction of e-tax bureaus and optimize them pertinently.Based on the customer satisfaction model,this paper takes the construction of e-tax Bureau in D City as the research object,and systematically evaluates the construction of e-tax Bureau in D city through the investigation and analysis of taxpayers’ prediction and prediction of e-tax Bureau.At the same time,through the study of data,it is found that the main reasons for the problems in the five aspects of operation mode,system construction,function application,business matters and tax handling experience are: insufficient demand research,insufficient hardware preparation,insufficient function construction,inaccurate business sorting and insufficient intelligent construction capacity.According to the above analysis,the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the construction of D city’s e-tax bureau from the five aspects of enriching the operation mode of e-tax Bureau,scientific hardware procurement of e-tax Bureau,strengthening the function construction of e-tax Bureau,strengthening the business sorting of e-tax Bureau,and improving the intelligent construction of e-tax Bureau.This paper analyzes and studies the existing problems and causes of the construction of D City e-tax Bureau,which is of great significance in strengthening "Internet + taxation".Exploring the measures to optimize the construction of D City e-tax bureau is conducive to providing reference for the construction of e-tax bureaus in other regions,so as to promote the healthy development of the national integration of China’s e-tax Bureau.
