| With the rapid popularization of computer application technology in recent years,China has entered the era of information and big data.In order to comply with the development trend of "Internet +",the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Actively Promoting the "Internet +" Action" and the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion of "Internet + Government Services".General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress that we should keenly grasp the historical opportunity of the development of informatization,actively use informatization means and Internet technology in the process of carrying out work,and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,which put forward higher requirements for "Internet + taxation".As a hub for deepening the reform of the national land tax collection and management system,realizing tax modernization in the new era,and promoting the high-quality development of tax payment services,the further optimization of its tax service functions is particularly important.Taking the current situation of the Q County Electronic Taxation Bureau to promote the construction of tax payment services as an example,it has made great progress in terms of service quality,service efficiency,service cost,etc.,and taxpayers can enjoy high-quality,efficient,standardized and transparent services that meet the tax service specifications of the national tax authorities in an all-round and all-weather manner across space and time restrictions.However,due to the late development of tax payment services in the electronic tax bureau,there are still some deficiencies in grass-roots tax payment services in practice,and tax satisfaction and tax compliance still need to be improved.Based on this,this paper aims to optimize the tax payment service of the electronic tax bureau,uses the theory of service-oriented government and the theory of process reengineering,guides practice through theory,uses the data collected by the questionnaire survey method and the interview method as the basis,and uses the SPSS statistical analysis method to deeply analyze the problems affecting the optimization of the tax service of the electronic tax bureau,and concludes that the obstacles are public service awareness to be strengthened,the tax-related process transformation is not complete,the effect of multiple co-governance is not ideal,the tax service publicity is not in place,and the tax service content is not comprehensive.The feedback system is not perfect.According to the existing problems,find reasons such as ideological cognition,personnel construction,business processes,and propaganda means.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the construction of the Q County Electronic Taxation Bureau,the improvement measures for the optimization of the tax service of the Q County Electronic Taxation Bureau under the background of "Internet + Taxation" are proposed,in order to supplement the theory of improving the tax service of the grass-roots electronic taxation bureau,and provide some reference and reference for practice. |
