With the deep integration of Internet and logistics,relevant industries have developed rapidly,and logistics industry planning has received great attention from the country.Logistics and transportation are gradually becoming an important pillar of China’s economic industry.As a key link in the industrial chain,the operation efficiency of logistics park will affect customers’ overall shopping experience of logistics,so the improvement of the operation efficiency of logistics park is crucial.At present,there are many problems in the development and construction of logistics parks.The unreasonable layout of operation units in logistics parks leads to mutual interference between the flow of goods and people,which easily leads to safety accidents,high freight costs,waste of resources,low efficiency and other problems.In view of the above problems,taking Shenyang Logistics Park as the research object,the relevant research and experiment of logistics park layout is carried out in order to obtain a more reasonable logistics park layout scheme,solve the problems of low efficiency and logistics chaos,and improve the overall service experience of logistics supply chain.The main improvement work is as follows.Firstly,according to the traffic flow of Shenyang in recent years,the material flow is predicted according to the grey prediction model to get the material flow of logistics park in the next three to ten years.Then,the system layout method SLP is used to solve the comprehensive correlation degree,the logistics relationship between the functional areas is solved according to the material flow,the non-logistics relationship between the functional areas is solved according to the personnel flow,the conflict between the functional areas and the type of goods,and then the weight is evaluated to get the comprehensive correlation degree.Then,according to the predicted material flow,the area of each functional area is solved according to the empirical formula of functional area.The above data will be used as the basic data of layout modeling later.Then,mathematical modeling,by setting the function area spacing,arrangement must be parallel,boundary do not overlap,shape rules such as constraints to simplify the standard layout model,the model for comprehensive transportation cost minimum and maximum correlation target function,as well as the migratory birds algorithm for the corresponding improvement to make it more in line with the characteristics of the logistics park layout.The greedy repair operator is introduced in decoding,the infeasible solution is replaced by the repair operator to ensure the integrity of the population,the variation of the individual with the largest comprehensive relevance is increased in the global search to increase the probability of the optimal solution,and the individual variation is added in the local search,so as to complete the improvement of the migratory bird algorithm.Finally,an example of logistics park layout is verified.Classical migratory bird algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to solve the traditional multi-objective function,and the improved migratory bird algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective function of non-inferior solution.All possible optimal solutions are retained,and the optimal solution of the non-inferior solution set is obtained by sorting according to the crowding degree.Finally the experimental results show that migratory birds algorithm is applied to the pareto solutions to solve the multi-objective function effect better,get better logistics park layout plan,improve the efficiency of the logistics park operation,reduce the unnecessary conflict between functional areas and transportation costs,have certain reference significance in the development of logistics park,helps to promote the revitalization of the northeast industry logistics park development in shenyang. |
