In recent years, people’s living standards are getting higher, the requirements of food tend to diversifily, greenly, high quality.However, the circulation of food faces many problems, for example, the facilities of cold chain is short, the market is lack of standardized, the supervision is lax, the loss of the circulation of agricultural products is huge. Food logistics park is the key link in the circulation of food, and its planning and construction is very important to improve the efficiency of circulation of food. At present, under the support of policy and the influence of market demand, social capital begins to flow to the territory of the planning and construction of food logistics parks.Layouting food logistics park can improve the operation efficiency, the cost and protect environment of the park is reduced.In order to spread the content concisely and clearly, this paper mainly shares the main contents from the following four aspects.Firstly, the theory of food logistics, the theory of food logistics park, the theory of the layout of food logistics park are summarized and introduced. The objectives of food logistics and the problems that exist in the park is analyzed.Compared with the present three kinds of mode of park layout planning, include paralle style, equal area separation type, unequal area separation type.There are five kinds of method of separation, include Systematic Layout Planning, Computer Aided Layout Method, Genetic Algorithm, Neural Network Algorithm, Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm.It points unequal area mode separation and particle group optimization algorithm is fit method and model for the article.Secondly, the function orientation of park, the function process design of park, the principle of food logistics quantity prediction of park, etc. are analyzed, grey prediction method to predict the logistics quantity put of the park used. Deduce park area by calculate the area of the various functional areas on the basis of prediction of food logistics quantity. Considering function aspect ratio, cargo throughput, the restrictions of the refrigerating capacity, land utilization, establish the multi-objective programming model, there are objectives that minimizing the total cost of the internal material handling a toand, maximizing the land utilization and maximizing turnover of the objects. using particle swarm optimization, using Matlab software coding to operation, and considering the actual requirements, the final layout planning can be got.Thirdly, the data of B Food Logistics park is collected, the related parameters is set, design the operation process of functional area, calculate the various functional areas, obtains the preliminary layout planning, build the optimization mode of the layout plan of the park. Adjust programs to push out the final layout scheme by combining with the park’s limitation.Lastly, the whole paper is summarized, and there are many simplifications in this paper can be pointed out, for example, layout of the the functions of the shape of area are for simplied rectangular and so on and.It do not make a research on its operational, economical evaluation, environmental evaluation and so on, clear further research and discussion in the future from the deficiency.
