| In recent years,the pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly,and the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has become an important part of national economic growth,which has been highly concerned by the state and the public.With the aging of China,the advancement of urbanization and the outbreak of the epidemic,the pharmaceutical industry has become an important part of maintaining social stability,safeguarding national health and stimulating the national economy.As a leading enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry,Hengrui Pharmaceutical’s performance evaluation can reflect the operation status of the enterprise itself and the relationship between the enterprise and the environment,and then guide the enterprise planning and guide the development of the industry.For the pharmaceutical industry,imperfect environmental protection planning and insufficient innovation ability in the process of drug research and development make it difficult to find such problems in the existing performance evaluation system,which affects the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to take the perspective of sustainable development and build a performance evaluation system that meets the corporate planning and goals to analyze the overall level,lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise,and then guide the vigorous development of the industry.First of all,on the basis of consulting the relevant literature,the theories on the content and methods of performance evaluation at home and abroad are sorted out.Secondly,the relevant concepts and theories of corporate financial performance evaluation design are sorted out and elaborated.Thirdly,after analyzing the current situation of Hengrui Pharmaceutical’s enterprise profile and business performance evaluation,the entropy method was used to construct a performance evaluation system for Hengrui Pharmaceutical,which includes five dimensions of economy,society,ecology,innovation and openness,and through vertical historical comparison and horizontal enterprise comparative analysis,the overall performance of Hengrui Pharmaceutical was analyzed and evaluated,and the existing deficiencies of the enterprise were obtained.Finally,based on existing problems,suggestions for improvement and safeguard measures are put forward for the sustainable development path of Hengrui Pharmaceutical.The contribution of this thesis is that: on the one hand,the current scholars for the performance evaluation of the pharmaceutical industry is mostly based on the economy as the focus,this thesis adopts the concept of sustainable development to establish a performance evaluation system,in order to establish a more scientific and objective evaluation system of the listed pharmaceutical industry to make a modest contribution.On the other hand,the analysis of Hengrui Pharmaceutical’s data is more objective,and the weak points in the performance management of Hengrui Pharmaceutical are found,and the existing problems are raised,which is more conducive to the targeted improvement of enterprises. |
