| Under the background of the COVID-19,all aspects of China’s biopharmaceutical industry have been continuously improved and improved,and the development of the industry is in full swing.At present,the biopharmaceutical industry is in a growth period and has a broad prospect.Driven by this background,Zhifei bio,as one of the listed companies in the biopharmaceutical industry,has always adhered to the business philosophy that social benefits precede corporate benefits.In the face of virus attack,it has explored and developed new crown vaccine to add strength to the fight against COVID-19.Therefore,based on the above background,this paper selects Zhifei biological company in the biopharmaceutical industry as the research object to provide the direction for the future development of Zhifei biological,and also has reference significance for the development of the pharmaceutical industry.This paper first expounds why to do this research and what is the purpose of doing this research,and then introduces the significance of doing this research at the theoretical and practical levels.At the same time,by summarizing and combing the relevant studies of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper makes some improvements on the basis of previous studies,takes the research methods as the breakthrough point,and combines the advantages of the two research methods as the innovation of this paper.Secondly,after understanding the relevant theoretical basis to a certain extent,this paper explains the constructed model and the operation steps of the improved method in detail.Thirdly,according to the model constructed above,taking Zhifei biology as a case,this paper makes a horizontal and vertical comparative analysis for this case.In the vertical analysis,the five-year data from 2016 to 2020 are selected for score and ranking analysis.In the horizontal analysis,20 Biopharmaceutical Enterprises in 2020 are selected to compare with the case companies,calculate the score and ranking,form the evaluation results,and further summarize the problems existing in the current development of Zhifei biology in the industry,and put forward countermeasures.Finally,the shortcomings of this study are described,and the parts that can be improved in the future are prospected.In this paper,the improved entropy method is applied to the case analysis of Zhifei biology.The study found that although the overall operation of the company has maintained a good state,there is still room for improvement in all aspects,such as high financial risk,bad debt risk,insufficient cost control and low proportion of research and development investment.In the future development,Zhifei biology should strictly control the capital structure,risk control,cost management and innovation ability,and strive to improve these aspects.In addition,the research shows that the improved entropy method can more accurately and objectively reflect the enterprise performance.It is hoped that the research method of this paper can provide innovative ideas for the future research on financial performance.On the other hand,it is also hoped that the evaluation results and suggestions of this paper can help the case company improve its competitiveness and provide direction for the sustainable development of the biopharmaceutical industry. |
