| IT enterprises have become an important role in the country’s economic stimulus measures in the post-epidemic era.And in the national economic structure adjustment,industrialization,information upgrading tide are continuing to obtain greater space for development.In this context,the challenges and market competition faced by IT enterprises will also increase sharply.After the horizontal comparison of all resources and conditions in the same level of IT enterprises,we believed that the factor that can help the enterprise form the core competitiveness and finally overcome the rival is still "talents",that is,the employees of IT enterprises.Among the employees and positions in the enterprise,who can truly keep their behaviors synchronized with the strategic goals of the enterprise need to be measured by the competency level.Therefore main problem need to be considered by human resource management in IT enterprises is to explore the construction of the competency model for technical staff.Traditional human resource management is based on job analysis and description to carry out talent selection,training and promotion.In modern human resource management,the human resource management mode based on post competency is gradually replacing the traditional human resource management mode.Because the competency model is closely related to the medium-and long-term business objectives and development strategies of enterprises,it can obviously eliminate and make up for the "person-post mismatch" caused by "rolling dice".By improving the qualification evaluation system,the enterprise human resource management mode based on competency model is constructed in the enterprise human resource management.It will also be more conducive to the establishment of a standardized talent model,help to identify outstanding performers in the enterprise,and then improve the level and quality of human capital,to achieve the upgrading of enterprise human resource management.This paper,through the research on the construction of evaluation model for the technical staff job competency of IT enterprises,from the perspective of enterprise management,to analyze and summarize the domestic and foreign literature,and obtain the theoretical influence by analyzing the competency theory and application status.Data analysis and other methods are used to summarize the competency indicators of IT enterprise technical staff,comprehensively use the analytic hierarchy process to give weights to the indicators,evaluate the pros and cons of the results through the Topsis algorithm,and explore and build a set of scientific and perfect IT enterprise technical staff job competencies Evaluation model and apply this model to the actual operation of the DR company.In the process of practical application,through the comparison of recruitment,training,and performance data for the last years,through the continuous adjustment of human resource strategies and iterative upgrade of the competency model during the model application process,a path of competency model and personnel performance has been explored.This model makes the management of technicians more scientific,refined and systematic.At the same time,specific implementation suggestions are put forward for the problems encountered in practical applications,and the research results,research deficiencies and further research directions in the future are summarized.The research of this paper can help enterprises to achieve better management of technical personnel,provide data support for human resource decision-making,play a certain reference role for the construction of competency models of technical personnel in other IT enterprises,and provide certain reference for the subject of digital transformation of human resources. |
