A Research On The Spatial Distribution Features And Influencing Factors Of Homestay In Tourism Circle Around Dongting Lake

With the development of tourism and the upgrading of consumption structure,consumers’ demand for accommodation experience and service quality gradually presents a diversified trend.Compared with the traditional hotels,home stay has the price advantage.The personalized and deep travel demand make the development of B & B have a larger user base and gradually become the mainstream accommodation form.The space assignment of B & B can reflect the aggregation status and characteristics of B & B in this region,and can also serve as a basis for judging the development level of B & B industry in this region.The tourism area around Dongting Lake studied in this thesis mainly refers to Yueyang,Changde and Yiyang in Hunan Province.The home stay industry is the advantageous industry,enriching industry and dynamic industry of this region in the future.However,due to the great differences in the economic level,traffic conditions,urban construction and tourism resources among different regions,the homestay in Dongting Lake tourism circle presents different regional distribution characteristics.Exploring the spatial distribution evolution and influencing factors of homestay in Dongting Lake tourist circle has certain reference value for decision-making for solving the existing location contradictions,avoiding the potential location risks and predicting the future layout hot spots.In this study,according to the calculation of the interval Gini coefficient,the resources of homestay in the ring of Dongting Lake tourist circle are obviously unbalanced,and the uniformity of the distribution is very low.Through Arc GIS10.2average nearest neighbor analysis,the results of the urban individuals involved in the research area show that the data of home stay in the tourism circle around Dongting Lake are generally significant,and the data of single home stay in the three major prefecture-level cities around Dongting Lake are randomly distributed.Secondly,through the nuclear density analysis,it can be seen that the spatial distribution of homestays in the tourist circle around Dongting Lake presents multi-core clusters,among which the spatial distribution of homestay in Yueyang city shows the characteristics of group agglomeration.The overall concentration range of homestay in Changde city is not obvious,and Yiyang city shows the characteristics of "more dispersion and less agglomeration" on a macro level.Thirdly,on the basis of buffer analysis,comparative analysis found that scenic spots,administrative centers,commercial centers and transportation networks have become the main factors affecting the layout of home stay,among which tourist attractions and home stay are the most related and administrative centers are the lowest.Finally,the ring dongting lake tourism circle home stay facility in the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors between the specific analysis after the conclusion,found that home stay facility in the process of development center highly concentrated,rural home stay facility development lag,operation mechanism is not perfect,and put forward the development of tertiary core,multi-core areas,strengthen national policy guarantee,actively expand financing channels such as optimization measures.
