Decision Of Remanufacturing Product Extended Warranty Service Considering Consumer Risk Attitude

At present,countries around the world are vigorously advocating environmental protection and implementing the concept of green recycling,in order to reduce energy consumption.At this time,remanufacturing products reflect its due economic value,and various industries also began to pay attention to and apply recycling and remanufacturing,and closely combine remanufacturing and supply chain.Moreover,because remanufacturing products and extended warranty service are inseparable,extended warranty service provides a new profit source for remanufacturing enterprises.That is to say,it has strong practical significance to study the issue of extended warranty decision in the field of remanufacturing.For consumers,different purchase choices about new products and remanufactured products will arise due to consumers’ different purchase intentions or different risk attitudes.The sales volume of products is reflected in the different risk attitudes of consumers,among which consumer risk neutrality and risk aversion belong to the two aspects of consumer risk attitude research.Therefore,it is very necessary to consider the above two risk attitudes when studying the extended warranty service decision of remanufacturing products.In view of the field of remanufacturing,on the premise of considering the consumer risk neutrality and risk avoidance,the manufacturer,after the game theory and reverse induction method,analyze the price and profit,and the numerical analysis and verification.Finally,on this basis,the supply chain profit under the two risk attitudes is comprehensively compared to draw the corresponding conclusion.The conclusion shows that: 1.When the consumer is risk-neutral,the total profit of the remanufacturing supply chain of the retailer when the manufacturer provides the extended warranty service is higher than the profit when the manufacturer is responsible for recycling the products.2.When the consumer is risk-resistant,the manufacturer is responsible for recycling the products,and the total profit of the remanufacturing supply chain when the retailer provides the extended warranty service is equal to the profit when the manufacturer provides the extended warranty service.3.When considering the two risk attitudes comprehensively,it is found that the total profit of the remanufacturing supply chain operated by the retailer as the extended warranty service provider is higher than the profit when the extended warranty service is provided by the manufacturer.The paper contains 18 figures,2 tables,and 59 references.
