Research On The Capitalism Reform Ofsweden From The Perspective Ofmarxist Political Economy

Contemporary capitalism has undergone major changes,including the strengthening of state macro-control,the evolution of political parties and the establishment of various social welfare systems that guarantee the lives of citizens.However,along with the development,new contradictions and challenges have arisen with the changes in the external economic environment and the inherent characteristics of capitalist countries,and economic crises and social contradictions still occur.Therefore there is a need to deepen the understanding of these new changes and contradictions.Therefore,this study chooses Sweden,a Nordic capitalist welfare state,as a typical representative to study,and applies Marxist political economy theory to the development of Swedish capitalism to investigate whether the capitalist improvement measures implemented in Sweden have brought about a general increase in the income level and welfare level of citizens.more than 100 years of capitalist development tell us that the Swedish universal social welfare system establishment was carried out and built up with the development of the Swedish capitalist economy and with the development of the economic and class contradictions of Swedish capitalism.This paper first theoretically analyzes the capitalist improvement in Sweden from the perspective of Marxist political economy,explaining the definition,types,causes,substance,inner operating mechanism and bottlenecks of capitalist improvement.Second,it compares the theoretical and practical background of the occurrence of capitalist improvement in Sweden and the implementation of specific measures,and clarifies that under the leadership of the Swedish Social Democratic Party,it has experienced the establishment and development of the social-democratic market economy system,the establishment and development of the social welfare system,and the establishment and development of the common union system and the collective bargaining system.Thirdly,we analyze the improvement policies of Swedish capitalist improvement in the 30 years after World War II and assess the specific reasons for the remarkable achievements.The prosperity phase has increased in duration and the public has gradually developed a consensus that the capitalist improvements have contributed to the continued development of capitalism for the better,but this is essentially an illusion before the outbreak of the private ownership contradiction.Fourth,to examine the superficial and essential reasons for the long-term unsustainability of capitalist improvements in Sweden,superficially,the increasingly severe economic environment and some measures of improvement have affected the process of capital accumulation,making the improvements unsustainable in the long run.In essence,it is private ownership that causes the unsustainability of capitalist improvement,i.e.,the unsustainability of the capitalist system leads to the unsustainability of capitalist improvement.Fifth,the effectiveness and problems of the capitalist improvement process in Sweden will provide experience and methods for China to establish a perfect social security system.
