Selection And Route Optimization Of Corn Logistics Distribution Mode Of Nanchang Under E-commerce Environment

Entering the new era,China’s e-commerce is in a golden opportunity period of vigorous development.E-commerce has deeply penetrated into all aspects of the economy and society,from the people’s food,clothing,housing and transportation to the economic and social machine production,equipment installation and infrastructure construction,e-commerce has a huge impact on production and life.In particular,with the boom of the new generation of communication devices represented by smart phones,the sales of agricultural products do not simply rely on traditional bricks-and-mortar stores or word-of-mouth.Compared with the traditional logistics distribution method,e-commerce based on the new generation of agricultural products logistics distribution is developed prosperously,which is also inseparable from the rapid transformation of China’s logistics industry.At present,under the environment of e-commerce in Our country,there are more ways of business operations and distribution modes of agricultural products logistics.In this paper,as the research object of corn logistics distribution in Nanchang city,through reading and summarizing a large number of theoretical literature on agricultural logistics distribution,I obtain and select the relevant data by random questionnaire survey to research and analyze the corn logistics distribution mode and path optimization in Nanchang under the environment of e-commerce using SWOT analysis,multi-level analysis and genetic algorithm and other qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Firstly,the corn logistics distribution environment of Nanchang city is analyzed,and the advantages and existing problems of Nanchang corn logistics distribution under e-commerce environment are analyzed.Secondly,self-management distribution mode is selected as the best mode it based on SWOT analysis method and the quantitative analysis of hierarchy process.Finally optimization model of corn logistics distribution path of Nanchang under e-commerce environment is constructed.Then the genetic algorithm is used to analyze and find out a delivery route with the lowest contribution cost.The research results have certain reference value for promoting corn logistics distribution efficiency,improving customer satisfaction,and enhancing the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises.
