Research On Risk Management Of Nanchang Metro Line 4 West Station South Square Station Projec

The State Council approved the Nanchang subway construction plan in June 2009,marking Nanchang’s entry into the subway era.Nanchang subway plays an important role in relieving traffic pressure,promoting land development and optimizing spatial layout in Nanchang [1].Since the construction of Line 1 in 2011,Nanchang City has begun to build subway projects to meet the needs of urbanization development.By 2022,Nanchang City has built four subway lines and put them into operation,and many more lines and extension lines are in progress.During the construction of Nanchang subway project,many deficiencies in risk management have been exposed,and many risk events have occurred,resulting in irreversible and extremely serious losses.This reveals that the risk management awareness and ability of the participating units of the Nanchang Metro project are not strong,and it is necessary to further improve the project risk management level and increase professional knowledge and management experience.The reasons for these problems are that the construction of Nanchang subway project started late,the construction experience and research on risk management are insufficient,the research results are few,and the degree of application of the results is also insufficient.Therefore,this thesis takes the project risk management of Nanchang Metro Line 4 West Station South Square Station(hereinafter referred to as West Station South Square Station)as the research object,and focuses on the analysis of risk sources.Through the risk identification of West Station South Square Station,the project risks are identified,and then analyze and evaluate it according to the probability of its occurrence and the size of the loss,and assess the risk level.On this basis,risk response plans are proposed for different levels of risk.At the same time,risk management safeguard measures such as organizational safeguard measures,safety technical safeguard measures,monitoring mechanism,accident emergency plan and project risk information management system are proposed.The purpose of this thesis is to summarize a set of risk management guidelines through the research on the risk management of the West Railway Station South Square Station project,which can provide reference for future project construction.
