With the development of our society,more and more people realize the traffic congestion caused by urban development.City is the inevitable trend of economic and social development,especially those cities of China with relative concentration of resources,play a very large effect of promotion and radiation in the development of social economy.People gather more and more closely and traffic pressure is getting more and more large.Many cities have begun to consider the development of rail transport projects,to solve the long-standing problems of traffic congestion and urban development.Subway is being used more and more in various cities of our country.Rail transport has developed in China for decades,especially in recent years,it develops the most rapidly.With construction projects and booming economy,a variety of project risks are increasingly being concerned about.Especially the subway project is characteristic of long construction period,difficult construction,long excavation distance,large concealed engineering,as well as it involves a wide area with complex boundary conditions and goes through the central zones of a city etc..Under such complicated conditions,to comprehensively analyze all kinds of risks for the construction of rail transit,and to take practical and effective measures to avoid the risks for a good risk management,will thus surely reduce the risk brought by the rail transit construction,and will also bring about convenient means of transport to the city.In this paper,in combination with the actual risk of “A” metro project,WBS decomposition method was applied one by one to items of the project for risk identification,so to analyze and conclude project risks possibly existed in the whole period.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to quantify and evaluate the identified project risks,so to obtain the weight of each risk factor.According to the ranking of importance degree of each risk factor,targeted controls are taken to key risk sources.Through risk identification and assessment,risk response and disposal measures for “A” metro project are proposed.“A” metro project has an important inspiration and reference for the project management and project risk management of the new built and rebuilt construction projects.This article has only carried on a preliminary discussion,it is necessary to carry out arduous practice and lots of research work to obtain a systematic and scientific answer.
