| Under the new situation that operators sell services from mobile phone numbers and broadband to cloud computing,big data,Internet of things and 5g private network services,it has become the only way for operators.Based on the relevant research of grid management at home and abroad and Amoeba management theory,this paper studies the grid management of M company.Firstly,the background and environment of the company’s grid management are clarified,the development trend of the company’s grid management is understood,a questionnaire survey is carried out around the current status of the company’s grid management,the company’s current grid management environment is analyzed,the problems existing in the company’s grid management are found,and the necessity of establishing a new grid management model based on the amoeba management model is determined.Based on the questionnaire survey and field visit on the current situation of M company’s grid management from the three aspects of grid system,function system and support system,based on the information obtained from the questionnaire survey results and field visit,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems of pyramid management mechanism,unclear division of grid organization and unclear custody responsibility in M company’s grid management system;There is no effective assessment mechanism and incentive mechanism in the functional system;In the support system,there are problems of imperfect service system support and inadequate system support.Then,based on the empirical analysis conclusion of M company’s grid management and the amoeba management theory,the purpose and principle of grid management optimization are established,and the optimization idea of building the three systems of "grid,function and support" is determined.In terms of grid system optimization,it is necessary to divide the grid organization and define the grid positioning;Establish a responsibility system to clarify the responsibilities of grid operators;In the aspect of functional system optimization,it is necessary to optimize the performance appraisal system and improve the incentive mechanism;In terms of support system optimization,it is necessary to establish an inverted triangle service system and a smart midrange support,and use the above optimization measures to optimize the design of the existing grid management systemFinally,according to the above optimization scheme,combined with the current organizational system and resource elements of M company,the implementation guarantee measures of grid management optimization are put forward to ensure the team building with employee management and organizational care;The organizational system guarantee is established by incremental income analysis mechanism guarantee,salary system guarantee,personnel supply system guarantee,right list and service commitment system guarantee;To build a three-dimensional stability system and create two tools to support grid operation and realize the support of smart middle office system,so as to smoothly implement the grid management optimization scheme of M company. |
