In recent years,after COVID-19 has ravaged the world,the VUCA characteristics of the market environment have become more prominent.In the commercial environment,the "grey rhino event" and "black swan incident" have appeared frequently,but with the development of technology,many opportunities have been breeds simultaneously.In the era of coexistence of risks and opportunities,talent competition has become an important link to avoid risks and grasp opportunities.How to formulate forward-looking human resources strategy and how to carry out reasonable human resources planning have become the key to talent competition,as well as the key for manufacturing enterprises to maintain competitive advantage and sustainable development.G company is a typical representative consumer electronics manufacturing enterprise in China.The acoustic division is the core division of G company.In this study,it is found that the lack of human resources strategy and planning of the acoustic division of G company has become a short board affecting business development.Therefore,this paper takes the acoustic division of G company as the research object,through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the acoustic division of G company,combined with the organizational strategy of the acoustic division of G company,constructs a forward-looking human resources strategy to ensure that the enterprise obtains the first opportunity advantage in the talent competition;At the same time,according to the grey theory and Markov model,the demand and supply of human resources in the acoustic division of G company are predicted,and a reasonable human resources planning is formulated to ensure that the demand and supply of human resources are timely and reasonable.In order to better ensure the effective implementation of the human resources strategy and planning of the acoustic division of G company,this study suggests that it should be implemented from three dimensions: strengthening organizational leadership,optimizing human resources management functions and promoting the digital transformation of human resources management.Through the analysis and research of human resources strategy and planning,the acoustic division of G company can help create a talent environment for the realization of strategic objectives in the ever-changing business economic environment,provide human resources guarantee and obtain talent competitive advantage.At the same time,it can provide reference value for the formulation of human resources strategy and planning of domestic consumer electronics production enterprises.
