Research On Inventory Management Optimization Of ZYCX Enterprise

Modern supply chain management theory is developing rapidly with the wide application of information technology.At present,the competitive advantage of enterprises has gradually changed from the traditional way of reducing management costs by controlling their own inventory to the optimization mode of inventory management of the whole supply chain.ZYCX enterprises have a large number of customized products and rapid product upgrading.The implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)can greatly reduce the enterprise inventory backlog,improve the inventory turnover rate and customer satisfaction rate,change the past independent inventory management mode of the supply chain,effectively integrate the resources of the supply system,reduce costs and improve efficiency.This management model can not only increase the ability of enterprises to adapt to the changing market,but also effectively solve the problems encountered by enterprises in inventory management.This paper takes the inventory management of ZYCX enterprises in the field of electric power as the research object,comprehensively uses the theoretical knowledge of VMI mode and quality function deployment,and combined with the current situation of inventory management of ZYCX enterprises,studies the specific measures of inventory management optimization of ZYCX enterprises under the background of VMI.On the basis of theoretical research,give priority to the research on the inventory management status of ZYCX enterprises,and conduct in-depth interviews with relevant personnel of ZYCX.The QFD(house of quality)matrix is used to analyze the interview result data,clarify the main problems affecting the inventory management of ZYCX enterprises,and quantitatively analyze the weight proportion of each influencing factor,so as to carry out a specific analysis of the main influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for the following optimization strategies based on VMI mode.Through the sorting and analysis of survey data,the inventory management of ZYCX enterprises mainly has some problems,such as high inventory management cost,high proportion of inventory backlog,high frequency of material shortage and easy to exceed the inventory capacity at peak hours.However,these problems are mainly caused by the lack of scientific demand forecasting method,unscientific safety inventory value setting,suppliers’ failure to deliver on time and unreasonable production scheduling.VMI mode can effectively improve these inventory problems of ZYCX enterprises,and formulate specific inventory optimization strategies according to the causes of the problems: reduce the deviation of demand forecast,scientifically set the safety inventory value,optimize the selection and performance evaluation of suppliers,and implement VMI inventory management.When applying VMI mode to optimize the management of suppliers,we can carry out more scientific and reasonable hierarchical evaluation analysis on suppliers in combination with analytic hierarchy process to screen suppliers suitable for VMI mode.In addition,implement a series of safeguard measures,namely scientific material classification method,implement the management and control strategy of combining explicit incentive and implicit incentive for suppliers,and establish a VMI mode optimized performance evaluation system to ensure the smooth implementation of inventory optimization measures based on VMI mode.The inventory management optimization scheme proposed in this study,combined with the actual situation of ZYCX enterprises,will effectively solve the problems encountered by ZYCX enterprises in inventory management,reduce the cost of enterprise inventory management,improve the capital turnover rate of enterprises,increase their market competitiveness,realize the real-time sharing of supply chain information,increase the strategic cooperation relationship with suppliers,and finally realize the win-win result of both supply and demand.
