With the further deepening of economic globalization,real estate companies are developing rapidly while housing prices are soaring.For the stable operation of economy and the healthy development of the enterprise bazaar,the government has adopted some effective regulatory systems.Implementation of talent attraction strategy of Henan province in recent years,the enterprise bazaar has warmed up for a while,however prices growth all too soon,to stabilize the enterprise bazaar and the government carried out some policies such as purchase limits,price limits and other related measures.This makes the local housing enterprises confront a battery of ordeal,Just rely on strengthening the control of internal costs has been unable to obtain greater profits space,and have been inability to gain the market position.D company is a real estate enterprise produced and sold by itself.In recent years,there have been many problems in the implementation of the integration of industry and finance,and the results are not good.After understanding D company’s operation and management mode and current situation of cost control,Identify management issues in business and finance departments leads to the failure of the integrated management mode of industry and finance.From the perspective of supply chain,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the procurement,storage and sales links,summarizes the reasons for these problems from the financial management system,organizational structure system and business process system of D Company,and finally,a collective process optimization scheme is proposed to solve the problems in the above three links.It is expected that the results of this article can guide the effective implementation of D company’s industrial and financial integration,and also have certain reference significance for other real estate enterprises. |
