| As the development of economic society and the improvement of livingst andard,people are becoming more and more concerning about improving their ow-n health when food and clothing meets satisfy demand.Health and longevity have be come hot issues in these years.As the acceleration of the pace of urban life andthe exacerbation of environment pollution,a good ecologically environment and a healt hy county life have been pursuing now,whereindustr y.According to a huge market demand has spring up the leisure agriculture the law of the People’s Republic of C hin a on the 13 th five-year plan for national economic and social development program and th e paper of Party Central Committee,the leisure agriculture development has been su pported in C hina.With characteristics of strong relevance and influence,comprehens ive benefits and driving benefits,the leisure agriculture is a new-rise industry in a r elation of between agriculture and tourist.It is the main research issue that how do es Jiao Ling,the World Longevity County,earn a long term development by integrati ng its unique longevity culture into its leisure agriculture.Firstly,by ways of looking up,screening,classifying inducting and analyzing s ome relevant researches at home and abroad,this dissertation puts forward to a situation analysis on leisure agriculture.At the same time,it leads in and elaborates t he longevity and Hakka culture to ensure its theory foundations.Secondly,this dissertation has analyzed systematically on the development of le-isure agriculture in Jiao Ling county by SWO T in terms of its advantages,disadvantages,chances and challenges.Thirdly,selecting longevity villages which includes Long An Village,Fu Bei Village,Zhao Fu village,Fang Xin village,Jiu Ling village in Jiao Ling county as examples and adopting case studies,it concludes construction experiences on leisure agriculture tourism integrating in its longevity culture,and analyzes its problems as well.Lastly,this dissertation has put forward to strategies on scientific planning,devotion,composition,nurturing talents,marketing service,development and media campaign to elaborate and to make up a new leisure agriculture tourism industry that accords with the economic and social development in Jiao Ling county.It concludes that the leisure agriculture tourism integrating in longevity culture in Jiao Ling has more advantages than disadvantages,more opportunities than challenges.Facing the homogeneity competitions and existing problems,the local should be scientific planning,increasing investment,reasonable layout,cultivating talents,bu ilding a brand,strengthening service,collaboration and development and strengthe-ni ng propaganda. |
