In the complex and changeable market competition environment,it is very important to establish a clear competitive strategy for the steady growth and rapid development of enterprises.Differentiation,low cost and centralized competitive strategy have different characteristics,and the applicable environment is not the same.If an enterprise cannot choose the competitive strategy suitable for its own development according to the change of external environment and combine its own advantages,and wander among the three competitive strategies,it will certainly make the enterprise lose the direction of progress and get into difficulties.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment enterprises face,to explore the law of enterprise competitive strategy selection,to guide enterprises to develop competitive strategy implementation strategies,will be beneficial to give full play to the resource advantages of enterprises,enhance their core competitiveness.The lithium battery materials market fast development,but is affected by upstream raw material prices and related policies,lithium battery materials market environment radically changes,SDYH technology companies as a lithium battery materials research and development production enterprise,with the high quality products and low prices,achieved rapid development in the field of lithium battery materials,However,with the change of the market environment of lithium battery materials,the unclear market competition strategy can no longer meet the development needs of the company,so it is extremely urgent to choose the market competition strategy suitable for the current development of the company.This paper takes SDYH Technology Company as the research object,uses literature research method,investigation method,qualitative analysis method and other research methods to analyze the internal and external environment of the current DEVELOPMENT of SDYH Technology Company successively,summarizes the key internal and external factors that affect the development of the company,and constructs AHP-EFE and AHP-IFE matrices on this basis.The key factors of internal and external environment were evaluated and analyzed by quantitative analysis method.Then,this article from the target system of competitive strategy of SDYH technology company,has been clear about the company’s vision and mission,respectively for the company long-term,medium-term and short-term goals,in accord with the company under the premise of strategic orientation and development goals of cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy and centralization strategy alternatives such as feasibility analysis of competitive strategy,And the quantitative programming analysis matrix is constructed for quantitative selection analysis.Through analysis,this paper the following conclusions: one is the current SDYH company internal and external environment of science and technology evaluation score of2.2305 and 2.1016 respectively,both lower than 2.5 standard,indicates that in the current increasingly complex competition environment,the company has not been effectively take advantage of the company,to avoid disadvantage,opportunity and threat did not make the optimal response;Second,in the current market competition environment,SDYH Technology company’s implementation of differentiation strategy is better than the cost leadership strategy is better than the centralization strategy,so in the current market environment,we should choose differentiation strategy as the company’s market competition strategy;Third,the implementation of the differentiation strategy of SDYH Technology Company includes demand differentiation,product differentiation,service differentiation and channel differentiation.It should grasp the market by demand differentiation,obtain the market by product differentiation,expand the market by service differentiation,and fight for the market by channel differentiation.
