| Performance appraisal is the baton for business development,the conveyor belt for business objectives,the propeller for stimulating employees’ subjective initiative,and an important part of the company’s operation and development.As a local financial institution,SS rural commercial bank is facing multiple challenges such as transformation and development,increasing market share,and improving the quality and increment of credit business.As the bank’s vanguard team and an important force to cope with the challenges,the vitality of talents needs to be stimulated.However,under the original performance appraisal,the setting of performance appraisal indicators is not scientific and comprehensive enough,the performance and behavior evaluation effect of customer managers in credit posts is not ideal,and the ecological mechanism of performance appraisal is not perfect enough,which is easy to affect the working status of employees and can not meet their work motivation.Firstly,this paper elaborates the relevant theories of customer manager performance appraisal,analyzes the current performance appraisal status and problems of SS rural commercial bank,including the introduction of SS rural commercial bank,the performance appraisal status analysis of credit customer managers of SS rural commercial bank and the satisfaction survey of appraisal implementation,and finally analyzes the performance appraisal problems of credit customer managers of SS rural commercial bank.The Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and key performance indicators(KPI)are used to analyze how to optimize the performance appraisal of customer managers in credit positions of SS rural commercial bank.Next,after a comprehensive analysis of the credit status of SS rural commercial bank and the performance appraisal methods of customer managers,this paper analyzes the research conclusions,deficiencies and prospects of this paper in simple terms.Therefore,for SS rural commercial bank,optimizing and improving the performance appraisal policy is of great benefit to greatly stimulate employees’ work confidence and enthusiasm.Therefore,this paper starts with the improvement of the performance appraisal scheme for the group of customer managers in credit posts,in order to provide SS rural commercial bank with some reform ideas in performance management and open a breakthrough for the implementation of the strategic planning and layout of the bank.The key to performance appraisal lies in the reasonable and effective formulation of the appraisal index system and the reasonable performance closed-loop management around the system.Based on the relevant theories and practical experience of modern performance management,starting from the current development situation of SS rural commercial bank,according to the standards of strategic orientation,applicability,fairness and effective incentive degree,this paper analyzes and studies the current methods of credit post performance assessment of SS rural commercial bank in the aspects of performance index design,performance assistance,performance evaluation and result application through data sorting,questionnaire survey and on-site interview,It also summarizes and diagnoses the main problems existing in the operation environment,design and implementation of the assessment scheme of the bank’s customer manager in the credit position.On the basis of solving the existing problems of SS rural commercial bank’s credit position customer manager evaluation scheme,this paper comprehensively considers the achievement of SS rural commercial bank’s strategic objectives and the demand of credit position customer managers for all-round incentives,finally constructs and forms a multi-level performance evaluation key indicator system,further puts forward performance evaluation scheme suggestions and scheme implementation measures,and combines theory and practice to achieve a high degree of consistency between the upper and lower objectives for SS rural commercial bank To promote performance management,maximize the enthusiasm of employees and enhance the competitiveness of the industry,so as to provide a certain theoretical and practical basis. |
