With China’s economy gradually entering a new normal,China’s economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage, and the domestic economic development mode is undergoing changes. However,at this critical moment,COVID-19 epidemic swept across the country, and the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic(Covid-19,hereinafter referred to as "COVID-19 epidemic")was a catastrophic event in human history, which caused serious losses to the industrial economy and had a huge impact on China’s economy and society. Our government has taken a series of measures to curb the spread of the epidemic,However, although the epidemic has been effectively controlled,it has had a great impact on all walks of life in China, which has hindered China’s industrial economy. In the first quarter of 2020,the gross domestic product(GDP)dropped sharply compared with that of 2019.Although it increased in the second quarter, the growth was slow. The epidemic situation in COVID-19 has brought great pressure to the operation of industrial economy and restrained economic growth.Based on the quarterly and monthly panel data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2020 to 2021,the spatial Dubin panel model was used to quantitatively analyze the overall impact of COVID-19 epidemic on three industries, agricultural economy, industrial economy and real estate economy, and the high-quality development path of China’s economy after the normalized management of epidemic situation was put forward. The main conclusions and recommendations include:In order to curb the spread of the epidemic, the Chinese government has taken a series of measures. However, although the epidemic has been effectively controlled,it has had a great impact on all walks of life in China, which has hindered China’s industrial economy. In the first quarter of 2020,the gross domestic product(GDP)dropped sharply compared with that of 2019.Although it increased in the second industries, agricultural economy, industrial economy and real estate economy, and the high-quality development path of China’s economy after the normalized management of epidemic situation was put forward. The main conclusions and recommendations include:It is of great significance to deeply study the impact of epidemic on industrial economy, systematically analyze the impact of epidemic impact on various variables of China’s industrial economy, and formulate and implement countermeasures to promote industrial economic growth.By building a spatial econometric model, this paper analyzes the spatial correlation of industrial economic growth in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China, and explores the impact of the quarterly and monthly COVID-19 epidemic on industrial economy in various provinces in China, which has certain practical significance for relevant departments to continuously do a good job in the normalization management of epidemic prevention and control and the high-quality development of industrial economy. The main conclusions are as follows:COVID-19 epidemic has a significant negative impact on the direct and spillover effects of China’s industrial economy, and the epidemic has seriously hindered the growth of China’s industrial economy from 2020 to 2021.In the early stage of the epidemic in COVID-19,the three industries suffered different degrees of losses, but the epidemic in 2021 had little impact on the three industries. It can be seen that effective prevention and control of the epidemic has a positive effect on economic growth, and accurate prevention and control of the epidemic is of great significance to industrial economic development.According to the relevant conclusions, this paper suggests as follows:First,it is very important to control the local outbreak of the epidemic, and preventing it from spreading to neighboring areas is crucial to the development of industrial economy.Second, people don’t have to be too pessimistic about closing some casinos. The promotion of the tertiary industry economy can start from stimulating consumption.Third,we should improve residents’ awareness of daily protection, and do more publicity and popular science on epidemic prevention and control.Four, enterprise frozen chain product inspection strictly, express packaging and other strict disinfection is essential, try to avoid the spread of foreign viruses in China, affecting the development of China’s industrial economy. The research of this paper is innovative in the following aspects:First, the innovation of research methods. This paper uses a variety of methods for empirical analysis, and the correlation analysis method and spatial measurement method are combined to quantify the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on industrial economy,so that the conclusion is comprehensive and accurate.Secondly, the innovation of research content, this study divided the industrial economy to study the different impacts of epidemic on three industrial economies, and compared and analyzed the impacts of epidemic on industrial economy in different years.Thirdly, the innovation of data selection, this study uses two dimensions of data(quarterly and monthly)for research, and prolongs the length of research time, which can avoid accidental conclusions and make the research value and enlightenment of the article more referential. |
