The garment industry has always occupied an important position in China’s economy.Traditional garment production includes design,production,marketing and other links.With the rising labor price and increasingly sophisticated social division of labor,the profit space of garment enterprises is compressed.Domestic garment manufacturers have changed their profit model to asset-light operation,cut the production link with low added value in the "smile curve" in the industrial chain,and instead put their main capital and energy into design,marketing,brand building and other aspects.As garment enterprises encounter bottlenecks in the development process,it is necessary to consider whether the new business strategy can improve the original profit model and whether the new business strategy is sustainable.The research in this paper selects HLA,a leading garment enterprise,as the object.Based on the basic situation of HLA and relevant theories,it analyzes the new challenges it faces after transforming into asset-light operation.Guided by the deficiencies of asset-light operation at present,it introduces the balanced scorecard and carries out the research in combination with the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard.Questionnaire was issued to experts and employees by selecting two levels of systematic and related indicators.Analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to interpret the questionnaire data and determine the weight values of each dimension and indicator,so as to build an evaluation system for HLA’s asset-light operation strategy.At the same time will Semir clothing industry,the king of nine animal husbandry,Septwolves,Peacebird four listed companies as the reference standard,the most advanced indexes of assignment for sea rings of evaluation system,evaluation of the effect of light asset transformation,according to the score situation according to the results put forward the corresponding improvements,for other interested in transformation of enterprises to provide management evaluation methods.This paper argues that,to better cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the market is the home of the billow to light the main motivations of assets operation,light assets operating under the home of the billow of lightly,capital use efficiency,market share lead,but there is lack of marketing,enterprises of "too big to fail,with the help of the balanced scorecard from four dimensions,the rings of light assets operating decomposition rate,The overall assessment is good.Under the asset-light operation,HLA can help enterprises make strategic adjustments from the inside out when dealing with changes in the external market,so that the enterprise strategy can remain flexible in the face of market changes,products stay ahead in the market,and form strong market competitiveness,providing impetus for the realization of sustainable development of the company. |
