Research On Optimization Of "Internet +" Tax Service System Of Y City Tax Bureau

In the first year of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council put forward opinions on further deepening the reform of tax collection and management,the tax authorities deployed tax services as soon as possible according to the opinions,improve the Internet + tax service,build a new system of tax service,and promote intelligent services,and are committed to improving tax handling efficiency and taxpayer satisfaction.At present,although the "Internet +" tax service work of Y City Tax Bureau has made some progress,there’s still plenty of room for progress.This paper takes the new public service theory and the government process reengineering theory as the theoretical basis of the research,uses the in-depth interview method and the case study method,and takes the perspective of "Internet +" to study the organizational structure and basic content of Y City Tax Bureau and the influence of tax service under the "Internet +".Through interviewing the tax bureau cadres and taxpayers,we sorted out the problems that the performance of the tax handling system needs to be improved,the low degree of intelligent application,and the lack of compound talents,the causes of the lack of effective operation guarantee system,the lack of intelligent means and lack of scientific talent management methods are analyzed and summarized.Finally,we put forward the optimization countermeasures from three aspects,the system before and after optimization is compared and analyzed to summarize the advantages after optimization.Through the research of this paper,we can find out the effective measures to improve tax satisfaction,optimize the service system under the "Internet +",promote the tax modernization of Y City Taxation Bureau,and provide reference for other primary level tax authorities to promote the "Internet +" tax service work and advance the standard of tax service.
