At present,the logistics industry has developed into an important part of China’s economy.As an important part of the industry,the commercial vehicle finance and leasing industry realizes the transfer of credit capital to the real economy and can largely make up for the shortcomings of dealers and lessees in financing.Through a comparison of the current situation of the commercial vehicle finance leasing market in Europe and the United States with that in China,it is easy to find that the commercial vehicle finance leasing market in China has vast development prospects.However,the development of China’s commercial vehicle financial leasing industry is still in its infancy,and the special characteristics of leased goods and the low concentration of the market have brought a great test to Z financial leasing companies as small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,how to formulate a scientific competitive strategy according to its own actual development situation,and formulate matching plans and strategies according to the competitive strategy to organize the business activities and ensure the healthy development of the enterprise is an urgent topic to be discussed.This paper is based on the selection and formulation of the competitive strategy of Z Financial Leasing Company,hoping to provide a reference solution for the future operation of the enterprise.Based on the theory of strategic management of enterprises,this paper uses Porter’s five forces analysis to analyse the competitive environment of the industry and uses PEST analysis to analyse the external macro environment in which the enterprise is located,such as political,economic,social and technological.At the same time,by analyzing the internal environment of Z Finance & Leasing Company in terms of human resources,financial resources,brand resources,marketing capability,market service capability and innovation capability,and establishing EFE and IFE matrices,the paper concludes that Z Finance &Leasing Company has slightly more advantages than disadvantages in terms of internal environment and slightly more opportunities than threats in terms of external environment.The SWOT analysis was then used to select a differentiated competitive strategy for Z Financial Leasing Company through a comparative analysis of competitive strategies,and recommendations were formulated for the implementation of the strategy,such as product development strategy,market development strategy,human resources strategy,financing strategy and risk management strategy.On the basis of this,safeguards for the differentiated competitive strategy of Z Financial Leasing Company are then formulated.This paper can provide reference solutions for China’s commercial vehicle leasing enterprises and promote the continuous and healthy development of China’s commercial vehicle finance leasing industry. |
