Abstract:With the constant improvement of national living standard, peoplepay more and more attention to not only quality of life and health, but alsomedical security system. Medical expenses as part of consumption, there is apositive relationship between health expenditure and income per capita. Fromthe development experience of the main developed countries in the world, percapita income has reached$10000, that means medical expenses will enter aperiod of rapid growth. And our country is in the development stage. In thecountry’s economic growth at the same time, the medical expense proportionof GDP gradually increases, the medical expense expenditure come to stronggrowth. The huge population of China, huge capacity of the medical servicemarket and accelerate the arrival of the aging of the population, is the mainpower to drive the medical equipment industry sustainable and stabledevelopment. At the same time, in recent years the number of China’s medicalequipment leasing agency grew rapidly, increasing competition situation ofthe industry.This paper takes Shanxi Agricultural Bank of China Financial LeasingCo as the object of study, based on the strategic management theory, analyzesthe company’s external and internal environment. In explaining the external environment, it studies the company’s overall environment by the macroenvironment, industry environment and analysis of competitors. In explainingthe internal environment, it analyzes internal resources situation of internalresources, comprehensive ability, core competence, besides the company’soperation in recent years. Finally, combined with the company’s internal andexternal environmental factors, using the SWOT analysis, the company hasthe advantage of company of group of financial backing, profit ability,development trend and industry environment; the disadvantage is that thecompany cannot understand industry enough, after-sale service is not perfect,and risk control should be more strengthened; the opportunity lies in thenational policy guidance, the requirement of domestic industry, China’surbanization process the development, and development of basic hospital; thethreat is that the legal system is not perfect, the financing channels is single,so many medical equipment Finance Leasing Companise appear etc... Thepaper points out the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of thecompetition strategy based on this analysis. Specifically, it can realize thecompany’s competitive strategy by the talent strategy, financing mode, brandstrategy, service strategy etc.. Meanwhile, the company also needs to adoptthe relevant measures in the cultural construction, resource allocation and riskelusion in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.
