With the deepening influence of enterprise informatization on enterprise competitiveness,the development of information technology and the continuous innovation of management concept have also accelerated the rapid development of management information system.Enterprise information system has become an effective means for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.As the largest communication operator in China,in order to accelerate the development of enterprises and improve their competitiveness,China YD group introduced the international communication operation support system(OSS system),named resource management system.The application of OSS system is still in its infancy in China,and China YD group is also constantly exploring and learning.The positioning of the resource management system in China YD group is to manage the professional resource data of the whole network.Therefore,the entry of basic data is very important,and the basic data is entered by the personnel of various local and municipal companies.This paper studies the case of resource management system from the perspective of system users of Dalian YD company,and describes the problems in the initial stage of implementation,initial stage of implementation,stable stage of implementation and mature stage of resource management system of Dalian YD company through the introduction of company profile,communication industry background,resource management system,and then uses case analysis method Experience summary method,literature research method and other research methods.The key problems in the implementation of the system of management of human resources are analyzed from three aspects: the lack of the system of management of human resources in the process of the implementation of the system,the lack of the system of management of human resources,and the lack of integration of the system of management of human resources,The ability of outsourcing supplier Inspur company is insufficient.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions: establish the IT Department of local and municipal companies,establish relevant post responsibilities and performance appraisal system,establish the project team of resource management system,strengthen the training of resource management system,strengthen the management and personnel exchange of outsourcing supplier Inspur company,and put forward corresponding implementation guarantee measures for the solution.Fundamentally solve the problems of organization setting,post setting,personnel,training,multi department cooperation,supplier management and system,promote organizational change,process change,all staff learning,strengthen the improvement of enterprise management,and promote the introduction of enterprise informatization talents and the basic training of personnel.From the perspective of users of enterprise information management system,this thesis studies the case of resource management system of Dalian YD company,finds out the problems and puts forward solutions according to the actual situation of Dalian YD company,hoping to provide reference materials for other enterprises or relevant workers.
