In recent years,due to the continuous advancement of science and technology,the division of labor in various fields has become more refined,and companies have increasingly focused on core businesses and outsourced non-core businesses.Outsourcing service means that a company outsources non-core business and hires an external team of experts to undertake this business.This helps the company to focus on its core business,thereby reducing the cost of the enterprise,making the enterprise work more efficient,and achieving the purpose of enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.At present,the business process outsourcing industry is developing rapidly,and the outsourcing of Chinese enterprises has gradually become mature from the beginning of exploration.Although the current industry development prospects are very good,problems such as long project delivery time and poor project quality are still common.At the same time,as enterprises pay more and more attention to risk management,project risk management is still a meaningful subject in the context of business process outsourcing.This thesis takes the MC business process outsourcing project of A Company as the research object,based on the business process outsourcing industry background,project risk management,comprehensive risk management system and other related theory,combined with the actual situation of the MC project risk management,the problems existing in project risk management system are analyzed.And put forward feasible improvement plans and safeguard measures,the purpose is to improve the core competitiveness of the project,so that the MC project can maintain sustainable development.First,this thesis introduces the background,including the industry background of business process outsourcing,the development status of A company,E company,and MC project,as well as the risk management system problems existing in MC project.Next,it comprehensively discusses the relevant theories of project risk management,including risk management process and the concept of comprehensive risk management system.Then,the problems existing in the current MC project risk management system are analyzed one by one,and the root causes of MC project risk management system problems are deeply studied.It points out that there are major problems in MC projects in three aspects: risk management organization team,risk management rules and risk management process system.In this regard,in order to improve the MC project risk management system and improve the overall risk management level of the project,this thesis puts forward an improvement plan to solve the above problems in the risk management system based on the idea of comprehensive risk management from the perspective of systematization and integration and principles.Finally,in order to ensure that the countermeasures can be implemented accurately and smoothly,this thesis proposes corresponding risk management countermeasures and safeguards based on the idea of comprehensive risk management.Based on the actual management situation of the MC project,this thesis developed the corresponding risk management system improvement plan through the case study and analysis of the MC business process outsourcing project of A Company,which has important practical significance for improving the level of risk management and improving the core competence of the project.At the same time,this thesis hopes to provide a certain degree of reference for other projects in the business process outsourcing industry. |
