Research On Regional Economic Growth And High-quality Economic Development Based On The Theory Of Co-ordination

The high-quality development assertion put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China shows that China’s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development.However,there are still problems of unbalanced and insufficient development in various regions of our country at present,which cannot meet the growing demands of the people in various aspects such as material culture and spiritual culture.Therefore,how to make various regions meet the needs of social development while maintaining high-quality economic development has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on The Synergy Theory and combining the influencing factors of ecological environment and economic development,this paper provides suggestions for the overall consideration of ecological benefits and economic benefits in various regions to achieve high-quality economic development.On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign research,this paper deeply analyzes the direct factors,indirect factors and key factors that affect economic growth,establishes a model group for economic growth and energy conservation and emission reduction,and analyzes the economic growth of each province and city by 2025.Factors influencing growth are forecasted.The study found that by 2025,the economic growth of various regions will generally follow the general work tone of steady progress,but there is a large gap in the development of economic growth,input of production factors,and energy conservation and emission reduction between regions.Secondly,in order to further study the factors affecting the realization of high-quality economic growth,this paper analyzes and evaluates the high-quality economic development of each region from 2000 to 2020,and predicts the level of high-quality economic development in each region by 2025.The study found that the level of high-quality economic development in various regions has been continuously improved,but the regional gaps in high-quality development levels are large.R&D investment and the proportion of online population have a significant positive impact on the high-quality growth of the regional economy.In addition,after 2012,innovation-driven instead of structural upgrading played a leading role in highquality economic growth.In the future,it is still necessary to make sufficient efforts in innovation-driven to achieve the goal of continuously promoting high-quality economic development in the region.Finally,based on the analysis and prediction of economic growth factors and the evaluation of high-quality economic development,it is found that in order to promote the economic growth of various regions and achieve high-quality economic development,it is necessary to further implement the innovation-driven strategy,and at the same time,promote the development of regional industrial modernization,improve the utilization rate of production factors.In addition,it is necessary to further implement the sustainable development strategy.Under the synergy of multiple factors,it will promote the full development of the regional economy,alleviate the contradiction of unbalanced economic development between regions,and achieve high-quality economic development in a true sense.
