Diagnosis And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Fresh Corn Industry In Jilin Province

Fresh corn production has become an important driver of industrial structure adjustment and supply side structural reform in many regions because of its high economic benefits and market demand.Jilin Province is located in the golden corn belt.It has a good natural resource endowment for planting fresh corn.It is the first province to develop the fresh corn industry in China.However,since 2014,the fresh corn industry in Jilin Province has declined,the planting area and the number of processing enterprises have decreased rapidly,and the natural resource advantage has not been transformed into industrial advantage and benefit advantage.There are many reasons for this.In order to promote the development of fresh corn industry in Jilin Province,we must find out the causes of industrial decline and give reasonable development countermeasures.Focusing on the fresh corn industry chain,this paper investigates the development of fresh corn industry in Jilin Province,and finds the main problems of industrial development.On this basis,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the main restrictive factors of industrial development are systematically diagnosed,and the corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.According to the analysis of industrial chain and the current situation of industrial development,it is pointed out that the development recession of fresh corn industry in Jilin Province is manifested in small planting scale,few product types,poor quality,low added value of products,low market share and low income of growers,and the restrictive factor index system is constructed.The main factors restricting the development of Jilin Province are the lack of close connection between tema-1 and the leading agricultural enterprises and the lack of well-known agricultural brands.According to the development theory of agricultural industrialization and the integration theory of three industries,combined with the reality of fresh corn industry in Jilin Province,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for industrial development,that is,strengthening training and education and improving the quality of agricultural labor force;Make overall planning to promote the development of industrial agglomeration;Diversify the ways of interest distribution and improve the mechanism of interest distribution and guarantee;Provide policy support to build a leading enterprise of fresh corn;Strengthen brand building and expand the popularity of fresh corn brand in Jilin Province.
