Research On Financial Risk Assessment And Control Of S Company Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization,China's real estate industry has also ushered in a good development opportunity.After nearly 15 years of rapid development,real estate has become an important pillar industry of China's national economic growth.The prominent characteristics of the real estate industry are the large demand for funds,the long cycle of fund recovery,and the vulnerability to external and internal environment,which makes the industry prone to financial risks.Compared with large-scale real estate enterprises,small and medium-sized(SMS)enterprises have problems such as “single business model,relatively difficult financing,low brand effect”,etc.SMS real estate enterprises are more prone to financial risk problems,and a little risk will lead to its bankruptcy.Therefore,controlling financial risk is an urgent problem for SMS real estate enterprises.In this paper,small and medium-sized real estate company--S Real Estate Group Co.,Ltd.(S company for short)is taken as the research object.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research status,financial risk related concepts and theories,the financial status and existing problems of S company are analyzed firstly;Secondly,the index system that can effectively evaluate the financial risk of S company is selected,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is employed to build an evaluation model for evaluating the financial risk of S company;The evaluation results of the financial risk of S company shows that the company's financial risk level in 2016-2018 is dangerous;Finally,according to the relevant theories of financial risk and the evaluation results of the financial risk on S company,this paper puts forward some financial risk control measures of company S: adjust the company's capital structure,improve the company's internal audit,increase the company's cash flow,improve the company's resilience,cultivate risk sense of all employees,and establish a financial risk early warning system.
