Risk Analysis And Evaluation Of Wind Power Project Investment

China’s wind power industry has made great progress in recent years. Because of the lack of strategic planning and management level, China’s wind power project investment in the power market faces too many challenges. Therefore, how to understand the power market, correctly identify wind power project investment risk, and make timely risk aversion, is the main task of China’s wind power enterprise.Through brief analysis of global wind resources distribution and potential, the paper carried on the future wind power development trend analysis from large wind power technology, offshore wind power and wind power equipment manufacturers, put forward the facing problems of wind power industry internationalization development. Using risk analysis models, such as PEST model, porter model and SWOT model, hierarchical analysis model, the paper put forward the main risk factors of wind power project investment including policy risk, technology risk, and economic risk. After comprehensive comparison the advantages and disadvantages of each method, the wind power investment risk index system was established. In combination with Longyuan power group, the empirical analysis of longyuan wind power project investment risk was given. Combined with the actual situation of China Longyuan power group and the comprehensive evaluation of wind power project investment risk, the paper put forward wind power project investment risk aversion measures from strengthening understanding of special legal policy, actively carrying out investment mergers acquisitions, fully expanding overseas financing channels, improving human resource management, closely combining domestic equipment manufacturers, focus on north American wind power market, bend force make clean environmental protection, using local brand management strategy, improving operational risk management mechanism, effectively reducing enterprise operating costs and so on.
