Scientific and effective implementation of enterprise management is the key for enterprises to constantly grasp the development initiative in the face of fierce market competition.Facing the rapidly changing competitive environment,new concepts are emerging in the field of enterprise management."Stakeholder" is such a concept.The introduction of the concept of stakeholders makes Chinese enterprise managers realize that the good operation and development of an enterprise not only requires the enterprise to be responsible for the investors or the actual controllers of the enterprise,but also requires the enterprise to take corresponding responsibilities for all stakeholders in the whole society,especially for better safeguarding the relevant rights and interests of direct stakeholders.Since 2020,the outbreak of COVID-19 has brought great challenges to developing small and medium-sized enterprises.When the capacity of independent development is insufficient,the way for small and medium-sized enterprises to survive is to take the initiative to find more powerful new partners and strive for group development.From the perspective of stakeholders,this paper analyzes the Business model of the H company,a case enterprise in this paper by using the stakeholder transaction structure and Business model canvas theory.The research shows that H company has adopted the transformation strategy to enter the new media industry when it is no longer fully prepared,resulting in the development of the enterprise in the new industry affected by the enterprise’s own equity structure,Stakeholders closely related to the core business interests of the enterprise are not fully utilized by the enterprise,resulting in the development of the enterprise in the new industry being dragged down by the traditional Business model.The research also uses a variety of research methods such as case analysis and qualitative analysis to study and analyze the problems existing in the stakeholder transaction structure cooperation model of H company.The research shows that such effective optimization of stakeholder transaction structure,fully mobilizes all the resources currently available to H company,and analyzes that in combination with the interest game of stakeholders,a new stakeholder transaction structure can be established for the company to find the optimal solution for the healthy development of the enterprise in the new industry.Therefore,the study suggests that H company should do the following measures.First,with the help of company H’s experience in the past,it should extend the business to the customers originally served by the brand consulting business and increase the agent operation cooperation in providing new media business;Second,it should take the initiative to avoid the fields familiar to mature competitors,establish a "theme cooperation framework",and attract new people with personality and distinctive characteristics to cooperate for content creation,so that other competitors can only copy but not stimulate it.Third,it should completely abandon the business development model of "developing accounts with money" adopted by other competitors,but train newcomers’ service and professional level in the field of new media with the company’s brand service experience,and conduct customer penetration in the form of service cooperation rather than media delivery.Fourth,it is recommended that the enterprise implements a differentiated competitive development model,to expand their business scope,and seek space for survival and development in the actively created competitive differences.
