The real estate industry has had an important positive impact on the development of my country’s national economy.However,in recent years,the party and the state have successively issued a series of policies in order to further regulate the development of the real estate industry.Undoubtedly,it has brought severe challenges to the development of real estate enterprises.How to ensure the healthy and healthy development of real estate enterprises,on the one hand,the development of real estate enterprises must strictly follow the policy requirements and scientifically plan their development goals;Improve the cost control of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the real estate company,and improve the level of capital management.This paper uses the knowledge of cost management and other aspects to study the cost management of the supply chain of H real estate development company.By visiting the H real estate development company,we have an in-depth understanding of each project site and obtained a large amount of first-hand data.In the research,the article also comprehensively uses the literature analysis method,data analysis and case analysis and other research methods to discuss the current situation,implementation process and existing problems of H real estate development company’s supply chain cost management,and analyzes the existing problems.The reasons are analyzed.The study found that there are problems such as one-sided emphasis on cost control,various expenses exceeding the budget,ignoring supplier management,and chaotic contract management in the supply chain cost management of H real estate development company.After further analysis,the main reason for these problems is the supply chain cost.The management concept is lagging behind,the cost accounting mechanism needs to be improved urgently,the internal linkage mechanism needs to be strengthened,and there is a lack of coordinated information management.In view of the current problems of H real estate development company,the article puts forward the implementation principles,overall goals and relevant suggestions on how to do a good job in supply chain cost management.The optimization goals of the project put forward specific suggestions from five aspects:land cost control,design consulting cost control,core cost control and procurement,construction cost control,developer internal cost control and marketing,and property cost control.In order to ensure the implementation of relevant suggestions,this paper The implementation guarantee measures are put forward from three perspectives:improving the lean thinking of managers,improving the supply chain cost management system,recruiting and training high-quality financial personnel,and providing a useful reference for the implementation of the supply chain cost management of H Real Estate Development Company and its practical effect..Finally,in order to deepen the research content of this paper,the balanced scorecard theory in performance management is selected to evaluate the supply chain cost management of H real estate company.In short,through the research of this paper,it provides help for diagnosing the problems existing in the supply chain cost management of H Real Estate Development Company and understanding the current business development status.At the same time,based on the relevant suggestions and measures,it can also do something for further strengthening the company’s supply chain cost management.Useful research practice.
