With the development of economy,the progress of science and technology,especially after China’s accession to the WTO,the demand for highly educated talents increases.At present,the number of national undergraduate students is soaring,undergraduate students have a general education,followed by the increase of employment pressure.In recent years,postgraduate entrance examination has become a boom,and the training institutions related to postgraduate entrance examination emerge at the historic moment,and have rapidly developed,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.However,it should not be ignored that the problems existing in the attractiveness of teachers in training institutions have gradually emerged,among which the frequent loss of teachers leads to the poor cohesion and low stability of teachers.Teachers are the foundation of a school.The quality and quantity of teachers directly affect the smooth development of the education and teaching links of the postgraduate entrance examination training institutions.The loss of excellent teachers reduces the running level and comprehensive competitiveness of the training institutions.Therefore,how to achieve the retention of teachers in training institutions in a reasonable way has become a very important issue.This paper takes X education and training institution as an example to analyze the current problem of teacher attrition through the method of literature materials,interviews,and questionnaires,combined with psychological contract theory,job satisfaction theory,two-factor theory,and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory.Based on the current situation of teacher loss in X education and training institution,this paper conducts interviews and questionnaires on relevant teachers.Then,through statistical analysis of the data,it is found that there are a series of problems in the current X education and training institution,such as: employees have a low sense of identity and responsibility for their own work,resulting in job burnout,a weak sense of social belonging,and lack of recognition of company management and systems Wait.After sorting out,it is found that the main reasons for teachers’ turnover are the prejudice of the public,the unreasonable management mechanism of the company,and the lack of personal identity and responsibility of teachers to their work.Aiming at the problem,it puts forward measures to establish and improve the institutional management mechanism,create a harmonious corporate atmosphere,and improve the teacher incentive mechanism.Through the research of this paper,it can not only provide some solutions for the management of teacher turnover in X education and training institution,and promote the human resources management of teachers in X education and training institution,but also provide certain reference and experience for the optimization of teacher human resources management in other training institutions,and promote the sustainable development of education institutions.
