With the continuous development of China’s economy,the risks of commodity trading,interest rate,exchange rate and stock price fluctuation are also exacerbated by the uncertainty of macroeconomic trend.People’s demand for hedging tools has greatly increased,and the futures market provides a channel and platform for this.After more than 30 years of exploration and development,China’s futures market has gradually matured.In this context,futures companies are becoming more standardized,diversified and internationalized,and their industry competition is becoming more and more fierce.Talent has become the decisive factor in the competitiveness of futures companies.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific,reasonable and efficient staff training system has become the foundation of talent training,and it is also one of the most direct and effective methods to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.At present,H futures company only relies on futures brokerage business,which is difficult to do in the fierce market competition.Since 2019,H Futures Company has seized market opportunities,increased registered capital,made a useful attempt to invest in its own capital and business transformation,opened up a new marketing mode of "Internet plus".By 2021,the scale of business and operation have achieved great progress.Therefore,the employees also put forward higher requirements.The company’s current training system has obviously hindered the progress of talent training and can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of the company’s business.Starting from the new demand for staff training in the business transformation period of H futures company,this paper studies the basic situation of H futures company and the particularity,staff and training in the business transformation period.Through consulting a large number of documents and materials about the employee training system,the questionnaire survey is used to understand the employees’ understanding of the existing employee training system and the new needs for the training system in the period of business transformation.The content of the questionnaire survey is supplemented by means of interview communication,and then the results of the questionnaire survey and interview communication are statistically analyzed and studied.After research,it is found that there are many problems in the existing employee training system of H futures company,such as lack of active training plan and training demand research,single training mode,lack of teachers,lack of evaluation of training effect and so on.It also analyzes the main reasons for the above problems from the aspects of insufficient attention to training,lack of strategic planning,imperfect training system and lack of effective incentive measures.Based on the analysis of the above problems and causes,combined with the relevant theories of training,this paper puts forward the optimization principles of the staff training system in the business transformation period of H futures company,and puts forward specific optimization schemes for the staff training system in the business transformation period of H futures company from four aspects: training demand analysis,training plan formulation(including training content,training lecturer,training form,etc.),training implementation and training effect evaluation,Starting from the organization construction and incentive mechanism of training,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures of training system,so as to improve the training effect and improve the comprehensive quality level of employees,so as to solve the contradiction between employees and the needs of business transformation and development of the company.
