Research On Order Identification Of Strategic Change Process Under Multi-order Parameter Coordination

In recent years,the organizational system is facing great pressure brought by technological change and super competitive environment.This environmental pressure with uncertainty and complexity promotes the implementation of strategic change of the organizational system.Therefore,effective strategic change has become an important survival means for the organizational system to cope with challenges and seek development.In addition,with the wide application of synergy theory in social and economic fields,analyzing the process of strategic change from the perspective of collaborative evolution can supplement and expand the original theory.As one of the important concepts of synergetics,order parameter is the basic measure that governs the evolution of organizational system.Therefore,this paper studies the order identification model of strategic change process from the perspective of multi-order parameters.From the perspective of multi-order parameter coordination,this paper analyzes the connotation,formation conditions and forms of "order" and order,forms the order mechanism of the strategic change process,and then puts forward a method for identifying the order of the process of strategic change including three dimensions: order degree,coordination degree and effectiveness degree.The key points are as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the order mechanism of the strategic change process under the coordination of multi-order parameters.It mainly includes the analysis of the formation and synergy conditions of multi-order parameters in the process of strategic change,the formation conditions of order in the process of strategic change and the action mechanism of order,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent model construction.Secondly,it puts forward the order identification method of strategic change process.Based on the multi-order parameter identification model of strategic change process,according to the order characteristics of strategic change process,a three-dimensional order identification model of strategic change process is established by using grey comprehensive correlation method.Finally,it is the judgment and regulation strategy of the order in the process of strategic change.It identifies the order according to the judgment criteria of each dimension,and adopts relevant regulation measures according to the identification results.The order action mechanism of strategic change process under the coordination of multiorder parameters analyzed in this paper further enriches the connotation of order parameters and deepens and develops the perspective of collaborative evolution.At the same time,the proposed order identification method provides new analysis tools and technical methods to improve the effectiveness and order of strategic change.
