| With the increasingly fierce market competition, the increasingly customer expectations and more and more market uncertainty, the cooperation between the enterprise are becoming increasingly important. Supply chain collaboration has become an important way for companies to improve their supply chain’s competitiveness. Determining the order parameter of supply chain systems has become the key to achieving supply chain collaboration. Identify the order parameters of the supply chain evolution can help the node companies recognize the critical factor of supply chain system evolution and development, In turn, it can reduce the unnecessary investment in the system and improve the effectiveness. This paper build a supply chain collaboration state parameters system, and established the methods of the supply chain order parameters’identification.Firstly, Chapterlyl of this paper introduced the backgroundsã€significance and contents of this research, and the current status of the supply chain order parameter’s identification also has been introduced. Chapter2reviewed the related theory, including the Systems theory, coordination theory, supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain collaboration theory, which help explicit the connotation of the supply chain collaborative and the supply chain order parameters.Secondly, the paper established aninitial state parameter system of supply chain collaboration through document analysis and interviews. Then the initial state parameter system was streamlined through a questionnaire survey, making it more scientific. At last, a state parameter system of supply chain collaboration was formed including strategic goal congruence, partnerships, the core business capabilities, information sharing, benefit distribution mechanisms, trust mechanisms, resource sharing, joint decision-making, the ability to predict market informationã€joint knowledge creation and infrastructure investment.Thirdly, this paper builds the method of the supply chain order parameters’identification which is based on the DEMATEL and the analysis of the theme method. This method is using the DEMATEL to determine the weighting factor of the state parameter. Through the cluster analysis of the state parameter weighting factor structure to determine the theme of the supply chain system, and by calculating the weighting coefficients’similarity between the ideally state parameters and each main theme’s state parameters, the most representative theme can be found. Then the order parameters can be found according to the main theme. Finally, Chapter5applied the supply chain order parameter identification method to the supply chain which takes an equipment manufacturers as the core. It verified that supply chain order parameter identification method that this paper proposed not only easy to understand, but also workable and simple. |
