Research On Village Classification Based On Grey Weighted Clustering And Farming Radius

In recent years,the speed of urbanization in my country has been accelerating,and the process of urban development has become more rapid.Under the influence of the dual structure of urban and rural areas,the attractiveness of rural areas to the population has been continuously weakened.In order to enjoy the welfare benefits of cities,more and more rural population Leaving the land and moving to cities and towns,the loss of rural population has led to an unbalanced development between rural and urban areas,and the phenomenon of rural decline has become increasingly prominent.In October 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,taking "prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and prosperous life" as the general goal of rural construction.In 2018,the "Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)”,which requires that villages be divided into “aggregation and upgrading,urban-suburban integration,characteristic protection,relocation and merger according to the development status,location conditions,and resource endowment conditions of different villages in accordance with the development law and evolution trend of villages.” In response to the call of the national rural revitalization strategy,Henan Province clearly requires that the province’s villages be planned as "suburban integration,characteristic protection,agglomeration and improvement,remediation and improvement,relocation and merger" according to local characteristics.Five types.This paper takes Songji Town,Suiyang District,Shangqiu City as the research object.On the basis of referring to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,the questionnaire survey method and data statistical analysis method are used to collect and process the data of the research area,and the current layout of the research area is analyzed by calculating the shape index of the research area.Based on the current situation,an evaluation index system with a structure of "resource endowment-development level-location conditions" was established,and the village was preliminarily classified by the method of grey weighted clustering.The regions are adjusted to obtain the final classification results,and corresponding policy suggestions are put forward at the same time,and the following three conclusions are finally obtained:(1)Farmers in Songji Town mainly use walking,non-motor vehicles and motorcycles to go out for farming,and they tend to go out on foot.The generally acceptable travel time for farming is 15-20 minutes.The farming radius of Songji Town is 1200-1600 m.(2)According to the calculation of grey weighted clustering,combined with the radius of plowing in Songji Town,the preliminary classification results were adjusted accordingly,and the final classification results were obtained: the urban-suburban fusion natural villages including Songdong Village,Songnan Village and Songbei Village,including The characteristic protected natural villages in Ta Village include 29 agglomeration and upgrading villages such as Guzhuang and Xiaodenglou,41 renovation and improvement natural villages such as Jiayandian and Dongzhaozhuang,and 18 villages such as Gengzhuang and Fanzhuang.A relocated and merged natural village.(3)Comparing the classification results of villages with administrative villages as the evaluation unit and the village classification results with natural villages as the evaluation unit,it is found that in the classification results of administrative villages as the evaluation unit,the characteristic protection category has expanded by 15.85hm2,and the relocated and merged villages It expanded by 20.51hm2,the remediation and improvement villages shrunk by 18.62hm2,and the agglomeration and upgrading villages shrunk by 17.74hm2.It was found that the evaluation results with administrative villages as the unit made some villages that did not need to be relocated to be relocated and merged,and some villages with good conditions that should have been concentrated and developed were not identified.The classification results using administrative villages as the evaluation unit cannot fully represent the current situation of natural villages in administrative villages,and cannot reflect the differences in development conditions between natural villages.The evaluation results using natural villages as the unit are more suitable for the development conditions of each natural village.The classification results The more accurate classification of villages,with natural villages as the evaluation unit,can keep all cultivated land within the cultivation radius,and can effectively avoid the occurrence of abandoned cultivated land.
