At present,China’s per capita GDP has exceeded 10000 US dollars,the tourism industry is in a new stage of developing from single sightseeing tourism to diversified vacation tourism,and the tourist resort has ushered in great development opportunities.In this context,all parts of the country have focused on building peripheral and long-term tourism destinations,and the construction of tourist resorts that allow tourists to stay.As an indispensable and important module of tourism vacation,the quality of tourism homestay inn has a direct impact on consumers’ travel experience and social people’s satisfaction with tourism vacation areas.How to effectively measure the service quality of homestay inn and improve the found problems is an important issue to be solved in the daily operation and management of homestay inn.Through combing the relevant literature,it is found that although there are many domestic studies on the quality of homestay inn,most of them use qualitative research methods,and rarely use quantitative research to conduct in-depth research on the quality of homestay inn,and failed to systematically propose improvement strategies for the service quality of homestay inn.Therefore,in the research of this paper,the author introduces SERVQUAL scale,a relatively mature service quality evaluation scale,as the theoretical basis,combined with the characteristics of the homestay inn industry in Kuliang Tourist Resort,constructs a homestay inn evaluation system suitable for the resort,through the methods of analysis of variance,quadrant analysis,dimensional importance analysis,weight ratio and so on.After detailed calculation and analysis,it is concluded that the homestay inn service quality score of Kuliang Tourist Resort is-0.5867,which makes it clear that there is an obvious gap between the homestay inn service quality level perceived by tourists and the expected service level of tourists.Especially in terms of standardized operation,personalized service and theme characteristics,which needs to be improved.Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the quality of homestay inn in Kuliang Tourist Resort.First,take good reputation as the guarantee to protect the rights and interests of customers;Second,focus on customer needs and optimize the operation mechanism of homestay inn;Third,focus on characteristic themes to enrich customer consumption experience;Fourth,improve the comfort of homestay inn with the support of hardware facilities;Fifth,expand the homestay inn source market in the direction of brand construction.
