| Combined with the background of China’s aging population,the maternal and child industry has become a sunrise industry driven by population demand under the influence of the three-child policy and the improvement of household consumption.But the demographic battle for the baby industry will ultimately come down to its most important moment,when the baby is born.Since ancient times,there has been a custom in China to sit in the month after childbirth,so the month center,as an important import industry of China’s maternal and child industry,will become the most important window to seize the development of China’s maternal and child industry.In 2006,the monthly centers entered the mainland market from Taiwan.With the rapid development of China’s economy,the upgrading of domestic consumption structure and the constant change of national ideology,as well as the competition of all kinds of capital to enter,the total number of monthly centers is rising rapidly,and showing a trend of spreading from first-tier cities to third-tier cities.However,due to the lack of standard measurement standards in the whole industry,the bad and the good are mixed in disorder frequency,with the entrance of more high-quality operation institutions,business model optimization,industry competition will be increasingly intensified.Nanyang has a large population and a good economic growth momentum.YY Monthly Center still has a large potential space in nanyang market.However,problems in its operation mode,such as high customer acquisition cost,few customer acquisition channels and single profit model,restrain the further development of the center,and its operating profit is facing the danger of decline.The purpose of this paper is to help the monthly care center to solve the difficulties and develop suitable strategies to promote its healthy and long-term development.In this paper,field research,interviews with senior executives and other means were used to sort out the current internal resource capacity of the monthly care Center,andquestionnaires were used to investigate the existing employees to analyze the current operation status of the inter-industry alliance.Through the demand analysis of the target consumer market and the analysis of the current operation vacancy of the monthly center,the symbiosis theory is introduced into the operation and management of the enterprise,and the corresponding cross-industry alliance strategy is created for the enterprise,and detailed implementation measures are created from the dimensions of symbiosis unit,symbiosis mode and symbiosis environment.Finally,this paper establishes corresponding powerful guarantee system from the aspects of alliance access,daily management,customer maintenance and withdrawal mechanism to maintain the healthy operation of alliance ecosystem.By creating a suitable cross-industry alliance strategy for YY Maternity Center,it can not only help it continue to play its own advantages,build its own business ecosystem,promote the center to rank among the top in the fierce competition,and achieve more long-term and stable development,but also provide certain reference for other institutions in the maternal and child industry. |
