| Science and technology are the primary productive forces.In today’s society,science and technology play an increasingly important role in the competition between countries and enterprises.As a source of power for sustainable local economic development,science and technology play a key role in promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,promoting the close integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial development,and promoting high-quality economic development.In my country’s innovation system,there is a very important institution,that is,the scientific research institute,which not only gathers a large number of high-quality human resources,but also is the forefront of technological innovation,which plays an important role in promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.However,in view of the actual situation in my country at this stage,the proportion of the transfer of achievements of prefecture-level agricultural research institutes into actual productivity is not high,and science and technology have not been able to play its due role in promoting agricultural modernization and economic development.The main reason is that there is no effective combination between technological innovation and industry.How to improve the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements of scientific research institutes,realize the rational allocation of innovation resources,and enable scientific achievements with certain value to develop in the direction of realistic productivity,this is the key task of universities and research institutes to achieve scientific and technological innovation in recent years.This paper studies the incentive mechanism of transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in LH Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Based on conceptual definition and theoretical basis.Based on the review of domestic and foreign research literature on the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,performance evaluation and talent incentive,the in-service employees of LH Academy of Agricultural Sciences were selected as samples to conduct a questionnaire survey.Use management method,relevant incentive theory and empirical model to comprehensively analyze.Combined with LH Scientific and technological achievements transfer and transformation incentive mechanism status.Analysis of the existing problems.Compared with domestic and foreign advanced experience and practice,put forward the incentive mechanism optimization countermeasures and suggestions.It provides optimization measures for LH Academy of Agricultural Sciences to solve the blocking problem in the incentive mechanism of scientific and technological achievements transfer and transformation. |
