| At the end of 2019,a large-scale outbreak of COVID-19 broke out in China.Due to the impact of the epidemic,most traditional service industries that use human resources can’t contact people and can’t resume work,which suffered a fatal blow.However,the new branch food delivery robot developed in the field of service robots in recent years can just solve the problem of direct contact between restaurant scene personnel under the background of the epidemic.At the beginning of 2020,ZC company launched a food delivery robot x,but the sales situation was not optimistic.In this context,this paper analyzes the marketing strategy of ZC company based on the relevant marketing management theory.The analysis contents and conclusions of this paper can be used for reference for the catering robot industry to formulate marketing strategies.This paper starts from the theoretical knowledge related to marketing,and then clarifies the main research methods and specific research technical routes of the marketing strategy optimization research of ZC’s catering robot business.This paper analyzes and researches along the idea of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.The main content of its research includes marketing environment analysis,marketing status and problem analysis,and provides optimization solutions from different dimensions such as market segmentation,target market and market positioning according to the analyzed problems.At the same time,it also gives specific marketing strategy optimization suggestions from four aspects such as product,price,channel and promotion.Finally,this paper gives the guarantee measures of marketing strategy optimization from four dimensions: organizational guarantee,management guarantee,technical guarantee and capital guarantee.In the increasingly complex market environment,ZC company is bound to encounter strong competitors in the food delivery robot industry in the future.For enterprises like ZC that have entered the new track,from domestic to commercial in products and from 2c to 2b in business,although the core technology of products can be quickly reused or linked,the marketing of 2B business is completely zero based,and systematic marketing strategy planning is required.ZC company needs to enhance the position of marketing in the company’s business strategy.How to keenly perceive the changes in customer needs in the rapidly changing market environment,so as to improve products,optimize marketing strategies,constantly meet customer needs and strive for more market share;How to continuously expand brand reputation and popularity through marketing in today’s popular we media;How to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty,how to continuously promote the development of the food delivery robot industry through the adjustment of existing marketing strategies,and how to improve the overall penetration rate of the food delivery robot industry as a whole are all issues to be discussed in this paper.It is hoped that the above problems can be discussed through theoretical analysis combined with relevant industry data,so as to provide reference for the marketing strategy research of startup meal delivery robot companies like ZC company.In order to improve the popularity of food delivery robots,enhance their industry penetration,reduce the user’s use threshold,cultivate the food delivery robot market,make the cake bigger,and enhance the company’s overall competitiveness.We need to study the marketing strategy more deeply.It is believed that in the future,with the progress of indoor service robot perception,motion control technology,vibration suppression technology and strong market demand,food delivery robots will go to public restaurants and become indispensable equipment in restaurant scenes.This paper makes a series of data comparison and analysis between the industry where the food delivery robot is located,competitive products in the food delivery robot industry,ZC company’s food delivery robot products,prices,channels,promotion status,marketing methods and industry competitive enterprises,so as to formulate an optimized marketing strategy plan,and bring new thinking to the industry by optimizing ZC company’s food delivery robot product business marketing strategy. |
