| As the brand spokespersons of Airlines,flight attendants always brought on social attention.Trainee flight attendant is in the initial stage of flight attendant’s career.The management of trainee flight attendants not only determines the management of cabin crew,but also reflects the management of a company’s human resource directly,and even affects the core competitiveness of Airlines.Due to China’s air transport industry started late,the human resource department of local Airlines always copy foreign Airlines’ management mode both in flight attendants’ and trainee flight attendants’.Because of the different national conditions,the management models were lag behind the pace of development of flight attendants,and there are still many disadvantages and hidden dangers.In particular,the management of trainee flight attendants has not yet formed a visual management system.At the beginning,This paper combed the relevant contents of recruitment,training and performance of flight attendants’ management,which provided strong academic supports for the subsequent subject research;In addition,This paper based on N Airlines of Henan Branch and flight attendants started flying in the past four years,summarized the current managements of trainee flight attendants and analyzed the problems and the negative effects of the managements;At last,this paper combined with the author’s work experiences,improved the management system of trainee flight attendants from three aspects of recruitment,training and performance:Firstly,optimized the flight attendants recruitment mode in use of the Iceberg model theory and the model of flight attendant post competency;Secondly,established and improved the training system of trainee flight attendants according to the Competency Model and the PDCA management concept;Thirdly,optimized the performance management of trainee flight attendants in use of Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory and Incentive theory.This paper is committed to improve the management system of trainee attendants and the overall quality of trainee attendants,provide the foundation and guarantee for the management of cabin crew,and also provide references of trainee attendants’ management for other Airlines. |
