Global economic integration brings to the enterprise competition is not only a competition of products and services,but the human resources competition.How to gain best talent in the fierce competition in the market to achieve strategic goal,is the enterprise from theory and practice on topics of mutual interest.Management trainee program is a kind of widely used by multinational companies and domestic large enterprises talent reserves and training modes.Through MT on enterprise talent acquisition,improve personnel loyalty,is a kind of important method,but as for the domestic MT actual project,since there are some problems,such as brain drain,and the problem such as post ability does not match.But the essence of these problems,in the process of selection and training of MT lack of clear goals.Competent quality model can help the enterprise in the process of selecting talents and training center provides a standard and reference,promote the company effectively talent selection and cultivation,help enterprises to achieve their goals.So,from the perspective of competence quality model MT selection and training,provide enterprises with capital talent competition,is a new direction,and has important value.M company from 2008 began to implement the MT Program,There are also related problems in the process of actual operation.With the help of competent quality model,this paper is based on M company,to study the MT career management problems.First of all,on the basis of literature research,clear the MT career planning as well as the basic concept of competence model,and then through the questionnaire survey,the M company MT career planning and satisfaction,on the basis of the investigation are analyzed the causes of the problem.Finally,according to the real situation of M company,and the characteristics of the industry,set up the company MT career advancement channels,channels and the promotion of each phase in the competency model building,and on this basis,the selection and training of MT aspects of optimization scheme is proposed.This research do some schemes for MT career management,including competence quality model is established,not only for the cultivation of the M company specific and useful reference,at the same time also on industry and other enterprises for MT management of some important reference.
