Supply chain finance is one of the most effective channels to solve the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.It can effectively link banks and enterprises in the industrial chain,improve financing efficiency and reduce financing costs.However,with the progress of technology and business improvement,the traditional supply chain finance model will gradually no longer adapt to the current market environment.When using traditional supply chain finance for transactions,it is found that there are still problems such as information asymmetry among participants and unable credit transmission of core enterprises,which lead to financing difficulties,high financing costs of small and medium-sized enterprises and the failure to effectively control the credit risk of financial institutions.The core function of blockchain is mainly encryption,and it has distributed ledger,data traceability and other functions,which can improve the authenticity of data in trade transactions,reduce the risks of various enterprises in the supply chain,and strengthen the cooperation between all parties.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply discuss the application practice of digital supply chain finance that combines blockchain finance and supply chain finance to boost the development of the real economy.This thesis selects the digital supply chain financial platform of Ping An Bank as the research object and conducts systematic analysis.The thesis first analyzes the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in China and the development status of supply chain finance,and points out that under the guidance of policies,the development of digital supply chain finance is the future development direction of all commercial banks including Ping An Bank.Then,based on three supply chain financing models(accounts receivable model,advance payment model,and stock model),the thesis examines the impact of blockchain technology on traditional supply chain financing and compares traditional supply chain financing with digital supply chain financing according to these three models.This is followed by a description of Ping An Bank’s supply chain finance business processes for receivables,prepayment and inventory models.According to the characteristics of supply chain finance,Ping An Bank supply chain finance business is divided into three stages,respectively is: supply chain finance 1.0-centralized,supply chain finance 2.0-online and supply chain finance 3.0-platform,and analyze Ping An Bank traditional supply chain finance "information asymmetry","high financing risk" and "high financing cost" business disadvantages.Then,the analysis of Ping An Bank digital supply chain financial platform,from the platform design,information protection,risk control and cost control four aspects of digital supply chain financial platform business upgrade optimization,and from the core enterprise,small and medium-sized enterprises and the perspective of Ping An Bank digital supply chain platform great utility value.Through a systematic analysis of the digital supply chain financing platform,the thesis draws two conclusions from the case studies: first,the use of blockchain technology to build a digital supply chain financing platform can help solve the pain points of the traditional supply chain financing business;second,Ping An Bank’s digital supply chain financing can improve the market competitiveness of enterprises in this sector.On the basis of the above conclusions,the thesis makes three proposals: firstly,to improve the talent training mechanism and strengthen digital technology innovation;secondly,to improve the implementation rules and promote the standardized development of digital supply chain finance;thirdly,to pool financial technology resources and deeply develop blockchain application scenarios.
