Supply chain finance was a financial service based on the core enterprise in the supply chain and aimed at its upstream and downstream.Meanwhile,the risk of a single small and medium-sized enterprise was transformed into the overall controllable credit risk of the enterprise in the supply chain.Supply chain finance although financing small and medium enterprises provided a good solution,but the existing supply chain finance model also had its weaknesses,such as information asymmetry,the core of enterprise credit cannot pass and trade background was difficult to confirm the truth of such issues,there were many credit risk made the financial supply chain,so as to affect the stability of a supply chain.However,blockchain technology had the characteristics of decentralization,traceability,and non-tampering of information.It can not only realized the information sharing and transparency of supply chain finance,but also broke through the restriction of multi-level credit flow,which was an effective means to reduce the credit risk of supply chain finance.In view of this,this dissertation took blockchain and machine learning as the theoretical basis,explored how to solve the problem of supply chain finance credit risk,and builded a supply chain finance credit risk prediction model based on blockchain technology.Firstly,on the basis of literature reviewed and summarized,the definition and source of supply chain finance credit risk were elaborated.Secondly,by introducing the core technology and types of blockchain,the feasibility and application value of the combination of the two were analyzed,so as to analyze that the use of blockchain technology can reduce the credit risk,moral risk and operational risk of supply chain finance.Finally,from the perspective of practice,this dissertation used the Stacking theory in the fusion algorithm to construct the fusion model based on the three algorithms of Logistic,BP and XGBoost,and predicts the credit risk of small and medium-sized enterprises by comparing before and after fusion.According to the model prediction,this dissertation applies the integration idea to the credit risk prediction of supply chain finance,which can effectively improve the accuracy of the model.The attributes of decentralization,traceability and imtamability in blockchain can reduce the credit risk of supply chain finance and optimize the existing supply chain system,so as to realize the stable development of supply chain finance.
