| In the face of a large number of business entities,the existing food safety supervision tools have many urgent problems to be solved,such as imperfect laws and regulations and weak supervision force.Therefore,in order to explore the problems of food safety supervision tools in Renhuai City under the background of leniency and strict management,this paper uses the theoretical framework of government supervision tools based on the relevant theories of government governance,the relationship between government and market and government supervision tools,Using the combination of in-depth interview and case study,Renhuai City,Guizhou Province is selected as the sample point to investigate the application status of food safety supervision tools in Renhuai City under the background of wide entry and strict management,analyze the problems existing in the current grass-roots food safety supervision in Renhuai City,and put forward countermeasures to optimize the food safety supervision tools,so as to improve the efficiency of food safety supervision in Renhuai City and standardize the behaviors of food business units in Renhuai City,The purpose of creating a good food safety environment.Through investigation,this paper analyzes the deep-seated reasons,summarizes the problems existing in the application of food safety supervision tools in Renhuai City,and puts forward to improve the dynamic supervision mechanism of food safety related laws and regulations,establish a perfect dynamic supervision mechanism for the effectiveness of "shell" company cleaning up and exit,strengthen the implementation of government supervision,establish a big data platform,enrich supervision means,and establish a perfect "strict management" operation mechanism Strengthen the awareness of food safety responsibilities of food business entities,clarify responsibilities,strengthen training,introduce third-party supervision,do a good job in public publicity and education,improve the form of public participation and other countermeasures to optimize the food safety supervision tools of Renhuai City,Guizhou Province under the background of lenient entry and strict management,so as to standardize the behaviors of food business units in Renhuai City,create a good food safety environment,and improve the efficiency and supervision level of food safety supervision in Renhuai City,It can also provide a good reference for food safety supervision in other similar areas. |
