Research On T Trust Company’s Business Transformation Under Strict Supervision Situation

At present,as China’s economic growth rate continues to slow down on the whole,the government has basically got rid of the long-term restrictions and policy dependence on the continuous large-scale implementation of macroeconomic policy stimulus monetary policy,and the structural policy adjustment and accelerated transformation of market driving force,and the overall economic growth rate has entered a new normal.To this end,the Chinese government has carried out reforms in the capital market,financial market,regulatory agencies and other related fields.Various new regulatory policies have been continuously implemented,and the financial industry has entered the trend of strict supervision.In April 2018,the new regulations on asset management were introduced as the main representative,which made it clear that China’s trust industry should reduce channel business,prohibit nested in the asset management products at the same time,beware of other financial institutions to avoid regulation through trust channel,multi-layer nested or carry it to effectively promote the development of China’s trust industry long-term compliance in accordance with the law is of great significance,conforms to our country the policy guidance of financial services in the private economic entity,and compatible with the development of financial institutions to leverage.Against this background,this text analyzes the current situation of whole trust industry,the necessity and the challenges of the transition.On this basis,T Trust Company is taken as the research object,and a lot of issues of T Trust Company in its current development are pointed out through the analysis of financial and non-financial indicators.It is mainly reflected in the following aspects: it is difficult to start transformation and innovation,the level of wealth management needs to be improved,and professionalization and specialization are insufficient.Further,it provides suggestions on business transformation of T Trust Company,mainly for optimizing business structure,improving wealth management level and other measures,and promoting rapid business transformation through business characteristics and channel differentiation.Finally,previous analysis as the foundation,in order to accomplish the business transformation,supporting measures are put forward,including establishing highly collaborative marketing system,build a strong middle support system,optimize the assessment of risk control system,complete the market incentive mechanism,in order to carry out the business targets of entering the industry.Based on the author’s experience in trust companies,under the background of strict supervision and combined with the current situation of T Trust Company,this paper puts forward transformation suggestions and transformation guarantee measures,which have certain reference value for the transformation and development of small and medium-sized trust companies.
