| Since 2020,affected by COVID-19 and other unfavorable factors,China’s economic growth rate has declined,the downward pressure on the economy has increased,as the pillar of the national economy of the construction industry is also increasingly fierce competition,with the rising cost of labor and material costs,fierce competition in the construction industry output profit margin has declined for four consecutive years,traditional construction enterprises want to sustainable,healthy and stable development,must follow the national If traditional construction enterprises want to sustain,healthy and stable development,they must follow the trend of national and world development,adjust and improve the development strategy,and business transformation is imminent.This paper fully studies the basis of domestic and foreign research on enterprise development strategy and the theory of development strategy of building construction enterprises.Taking Z construction company as the research object,it summarizes the factors affecting the implementation of development strategy from the relevant literature on enterprise strategic management and enterprise transformation strategy.The current development status of Z company in terms of human resources,market layout,technology management,operation and some problems brought about by the rapid development are introduced,mainly the single enterprise industrial structure,low profitability,weak talent team construction,low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,high capital pressure,system control ability needs to be improved and other related problems manifested in the current stage of enterprise development.Then,through PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis and other relevant theoretical tools in strategic management,we conducted a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of Company Z.From the development status and development direction of the construction industry,we formulated the strategic direction and goals for the transformation and development of Company Z.We studied the strategic goals that are more in line with the market demand and the current situation of the company’s development,and proposed that on the basis of being a strong contractor We propose a strategic goal of transformation and development based on strengthening the contractor,promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and business diversification.Specific implementation plans are formulated around the business model,digital transformation,brand building,upgrading technological innovation,expanding green industry,refining management,talent system construction,developing new business sections,etc.Finally,the implementation and guarantee measures of Z Company’s transformation strategy are formulated on this basis. |
