Research On Optimization Of Motivation System For Workmen Of H Company Based On ERG Theory

With the vigorous development of the pet industry,the pet food market has also developed rapidly.H Company is a small pet food company with 233 workmen.In recent years,due to the increasing demand for workmen with certain technical skills in the market,many companies have encountered problems such as difficulty in recruiting and retaining employees.H Company is also facing these problems,so how to solve these problems is imminent.On the basis of understanding,analyzing and summarizing related literatures such as motivation theory,motivation system,motivation method,and workmen motivation,this paper takes H Company as the carrier to study the current workmen motivation system.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of this study are expounded,and the ERG theory is used as the theoretical guidance of this article;secondly,the current situation of the current motivation system of H Company is collected through interviews,and the current problems are analyzed,and the data is collected through questionnaires.,and then use SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze the causes of the problems in the questionnaire survey results,extract the incentive factors of workmen and determine the order of motivation factors,and conduct differential analysis of workmen with different individual characteristics;finally,according to the data analysis results,H Company’s workmen motivation system is optimized.In terms of survival needs,we optimized salary motivation,welfare motivation,and added bonus motivation;in terms of relationship needs,we added honor motivation to enrich emotional motivation;in terms of growth needs,we optimized promotion motivation and training motivation,and added career planning motivation.This study designs an executable optimization scheme for the motivation system of workmen of H Company,and also provides some references for other similar enterprises.
